Returns Policy
At Bare Skin we want you to love your skincare products as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below for details on eligibility and process.

Eligibility for Returns
•    Product Condition: Only products that are at least 50% full and returned in their original packaging are eligible.
•    Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
•    Excluded Items: Items marked as "final sale" or promotional gifts cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
•    Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind will not be accepted after dispatch.
•    Improper Use: Products damaged or altered due to misuse or improper storage will not be refunded.

Refunds
•    Refunds will be issued via direct debit into your nominated bank account after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
•    Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to process.

How to Initiate a Return

2.    Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
3.    Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at glow@bareskin.net.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
