Our range is designed to nourish and protect the barrier, helping simplify skincare and restore confidence in skin that feels overwhelmed or out of balance.

I’m Jane, founder of Bare Skin. I’ve spent over 20 years working hands-on with clients in the treatment room, including 16 years running my award-winning salon in Armadale, and today I still continue to treat weekly across Prahran East and Dromana. Staying actively involved with skin treatments keeps me connected to real skin, real concerns, and real results — and keeps Bare Skin grounded in lived experience, not trends.

Over the years, I’ve seen more and more people struggling with sensitised, reactive skin and increasingly complicated routines. I know firsthand how much confidence comes from skin that feels balanced and supported. During 2020, when the world changed and my clients couldn’t make it into the salon, Bare Skin was created as my focus shifted towards helping clients strip things back, understand their skin barrier, and rebuild healthy skin function through education and simplicity.

I’ve seen the frustration of dryness, sensitivity, and impaired skin barriers — and I’ve also seen the transformation that happens when skin is supported rather than overloaded. That’s what drives everything I do.
